The Rotaract Club of Coimbatore Majestic donated sewing machines to the third-gender community in Coimbatore to mark the International Transgender Day of Remembrance. The Rotaract Club of Coimbatore Majestic – one of the finest and oldest Clubs in Coimbatore with 30 years of legacy donated two sewing machines to the Third-Gender people in Kottamedu, Coimbatore with the fund support by their Parent Rotary – Rotary Club of Coimbatore Midtown.
President for the Club Rtr. Sethupathi led the event along with the members Rtr. Swathi and Rtr. Prithivee. Team Majestic has supported society by conducting various events like food donation drives, sponsoring school bags for Child Care Institutions, recognising social workers and much more. The Team focused to help the Third-gender community through donations that would empower them to earn a living.
