NGPiTech recently organized a Campus Tour for Grade 11 & 12 students from Delhi Public School (DPS) in Coimbatore. The Department of Mechanical Engineering showcased various facets of the field, including 3D Printing, Drone technology, GoKart, and E-vehicle fabrication.
Sreebalaji, HoD-Mech, extended a warm welcome to the Students and Teachers of Delhi Public School (CBSE), Coimbatore, followed by the Presidential address by S.U.Prabha, Principal – NGP iTECH.
The students delved into the intricacies of CNC machines and Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) through simulation analysis. The tour also featured visits to Centers of Excellence, such as eYantra for Robotics, Salzer Innovation Centre, and Medical Imaging. DPS students engaged in discussions with NGPiTech students about career paths in engineering.
