The Faculty of Commerce, Management and Humanities of Dr. N.G.P. Arts and Science College organized, a one-day National level workshop on ‘National Education Policy (NEP) 2020 recently, which is sponsored by Indian Council for Social Science Research, New Delhi.
The workshop focuses on the ‘Opportunities and Challenges of Higher Education Institutions (HEI) in achieving Gross Enrollment Ratio (GER) in Creating Human Resources to the Paradigm Industry Requirements.’
Dr. K. Kalimuthu, Dean, Research and Development, Dr. N.G.P. Arts and Science College welcomed the gathering. Dr. S. Mohan Kumar, Former Director for Research and Innovation, CMR University, Bengaluru is the Chief Guest of the workshop.
Dr.P.R.Muthuswamy, Secretary, Dr. N.G.P. Arts and Science College, gave the Presidential address, Felicitation by Dr. K. Ramamurthi, the Principal of Dr. N.G.P. Arts and Science College. Dr. Sandeep Nair, Registrar, Chanakya University, Bengaluru, presides over the Technical Sessions. Special address by Dr.V.K.Jain, Vice Chancellor, SAGE University, Madhya Pradesh.
Prof. Dr. Rajni Kant, Vice Chancellor, Rabindranath Tagore University, Madhya Pradesh. Prof. Dr. S. Sudalaimuthu, Formerly Vice-Chancellor of Alagappa University, Karaikudi, and Karpagam Academy of Higher Education, Coimbatore gave the Valedictory note.
