The Youth Red Cross Society, in collaboration with Sri Krishna Aditya College of Arts and Science and the Coimbatore Government Medical College Hospital Blood Bank, organized a fruitful blood donation camp at the College Digital Library on September 5, 2023.
Principal Palaniammal presided over the event, which saw an impressive turnout of over 120 students and faculty members. Out of the participants, 85 units of blood were generously donated, potentially saving numerous lives.
Twenty dedicated volunteers worked tirelessly to ensure the camp’s smooth operation. Youth Red Cross Program Officer Sathiyaraj and NSS Programme Officer Gobi played pivotal roles in coordinating the event.
