Coimbatore: In an effort to enhance loan access and faster service delivery, ESAF Small Finance Bank has opened Asset Hub at Coimbatore. The Asset Hub is a specialised loan processing and the sanctioning unit which will cover all the branches in Coimbatore and all other southern Tamil Nadu cities. ESAF Bank Executive Vice President Hemant Kumar Tamta inaugurated the Asset Hub in Coimbatore.
Commenting on the introduction of the new facility, K. Paul Thomas, MD & CEO of ESAF Small Finance Bank, said: “The Asset Hub will enable the bank to decentralise the decision-making process for the loan sanctioning, disbursement and maintenance which will enhance customer service across these locations. The unit will act as a one-stop for all the loan needs, especially for the SME and Agri segments.”
ESAF Bank also plans to open Asset Hubs in Chennai, Bengaluru, Nagpur, Bhopal, Kolkata and Delhi.
