CASAGRAND enters the Knit City

CASAGRAND announced its new venture into the Knitwear Capital of India, Tiruppur. With a successful journey of 17 years, Senthil Kumar D, Director- Coimbatore, CASAGRAND, noted that the brand has a subsequent plan for its expansion across tier 2 cities like Salam, Madurai and Tirunelveli in the upcoming years.

Reportedly, witnessing a victorious sales growth with almost 3,000 crores in the previous year, the company aims to multiply its sales rate by 5,000 crores. Their new project venture in Tiruppur city focuses on granting a children-friendly provision with all the amenities. They are presented under a luxury category.

The 5.5-acre project worth Rs. 350 crores are significantly said to kick start with an initial investment of Rs.175 crores. Their new project is located between the Avinashi-Tiruppur Highway, connecting remarkable destinations of hospitality, education and much more.

Their new deal grants 350 assured 2-3 BHK homes and 300 apartments and 40-50 villas with 4-5 BHK, starting from Rs.1 crore to 5 crores.

While addressing the details, Senthil stated that the project would generate employment opportunities for many around the zone in the next three years. Their existing supply chains proceed with no imported materials. They will focus on taking the in-house products and raw materials, fostering more native companies to take part in the project.

In addition, the project is estimated to have a developable potential of approximately 5 lakh square feet of
saleable area. He said, “Casagrand will be developing a one-of-kind project in the region – a gated community, loaded with world-class lifestyle amenities and premium features and fittings, something the region has not
seen yet.”
