KMCHCOT celebrated International Yoga Day

The KMCH College of Occupational Therapy in Coimbatore celebrated International Yoga Day, recently. Students from the college actively participated in the event, showcasing their skills in various Aasanas (yoga poses) under the expert guidance of Yoga Instructor Vasantha Kumari. The event was organized under the supervision of Susatha, the Physical Educator of KMCH Institutions, ensuring smooth coordination and execution.

Dr. Shashidhar Rao, the esteemed Principal of KMCH College of Occupational Therapy, inaugurated the program with a captivating speech, emphasizing the immense significance and numerous benefits of practicing yoga in one’s daily life. He stressed the importance of incorporating yoga as a regular routine for the holistic well-being of individuals.
