Adithya School of Business Management Coimbatore organised ‘The Grand Masquerade’ event intending to unmask the mask in the management discipline. Classic cases of cultural misunderstanding, in response to this dilemma, students came up with simple ways to communicate their intentions referring to corporate case situations.

Chief Guest Dr Jyoti Ganesan, Six Sigma Expert at ZF Friedrichshafen DGM -Lean Six Sigma & Customer Quality ZF Wind Power Coimbatore Ltd, shared the importance of experiencing leadership excellence during management education. He insisted the students focus on data-driven decision-making practices, also to practice developing actionable insights from data and collaborate with senior-level colleagues to gain consensus on the need to transform the culture to capture the value of data-driven decision-making.
