In connection with the Jharkhand Illegal Mining probe, two AK-47 rifles were seized from a house in Ranchi. The seized rifles allege to have been linked to Prem Prakash, an aide of the Chief Minister.
Reports mentioned that the raids are underway in 20 locations including Tamil Nadu, places neighbouring Bihar and Delhi. The prime focus is on illegal mining scams though the ED is investigating the angle of money laundering.
According to reports, Pankaj Mishra and Bachhu Yadav are taken under custody. Previously the ED raided Pankaj Mishra and his associates, covering 19 locations.
