ITME 22 wrapped up with an exclusive panel discussion

During ITME 22 which was held on Dec 2nd week at New Delhi, both Indian and International Machinery Manufacturers presented their new technology initiatives to the Textile sector.

ITF organized an exclusive event in line with ITME 22 and invited 8 Top machinery makers to present their Product Introduction here in Coimbatore through an interactive session with 250 Textile professionals from 100 Plus Spinning Mills to enable a deep understanding of the subject.

In the same program, 7 young generation entrepreneurs from ITF also presented their views in an exclusive panel discussion regarding this subject.

Automation, Higher Productivity with lower Power Consumption, Technology to reduce Wastage and improve Quality, using AI & Data analytics and Robotics – are the main attraction in new generation machines.

As a leading player in the spinning sector, the Tamil Nadu textile sector needs to embrace these Tech Developments at a faster pace to sustain its competitiveness and manage rising costs.

Machines are interacting with humans in this digital world and textile professionals also need to adapt to the new changes and utilize the potential of the machines fully to improve production, reduce cost, achieve desirable quality, and also ensure the right RoI for the investment

Young generation entrepreneurs who participated in the panel discussion also advocated the same in the meeting and are ready to create a culture of constant learning in their own organizations.

ITF will take the effort forward with the monthly ITF Tech-Talk series involving OEMs and experts to train textile professionals in new Tech adoption on a continuous basis.
