Recently, the Indian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Coimbatore held its 88th Annual General Meeting (AGM).
B Sriramulu, Managing Director, M/s. Sri Kannapiran Mills Ltd, Coimbatore was elected as the President of The Indian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Coimbatore for the term 2022 – 2024.
Previously having served as the Vice President of our Chamber from 2018 – 2022 he earns wider recognition,
Serving as a Director of KG Denim Ltd from 1999 – 2002, Vice President from 1994 – 1996 and President from 1996 – 1998, his responsibilities include sourcing the raw materials, managing a team of professionals in manufacturing and product development, and directing the sales team to maximize the sales of High margin products.
His notable contribution in instrumental conceiving and launching of the brand Trigger Jeans in India and also in driving its sales to become one of the largest domestic Jeans Brand.
He also launched the business of Home Textiles in 2006 as a diversification strategy.
In addition to representing the Chamber, he serves as a Member of various Committees formed by State and Central Government.
