Vivekananda Institute of Management Studies, a Stand-Alone B-School, Coimbatore organized a one week online Faculty Development Program on “Research Skills Enriched with Technology” recently.
Dr.Valarmathi, Director – VIMS inaugurated the FDP. Dr.Karthikeyan, Associate Professor, Kongu Engineering College gave the presentation on Research using AI and Chat GPT and Talked on various kinds of Research Publications.
Dr.Valarmathi, Director – VIMS engaged the session on recent trends in Research on Social Science. Dr.Thirumurugan, Associate professor, Kalasalingam Academy of Research and Education explored the topic on Model Identification for Research and Model testing using AMOS.
Dr. Sekkizhar, Associate Professor, PSG Institute of Management, Coimbatore presented on Qualitative Research Methods. Dr. Durai, Associate Professor – VIMS gave the Lecture on Systematic Literature Review.
As an Outcome of this FDP, Participants learned about Research concepts, Models, Methodologies, Modern Tools and Techniques of Research and Systematic way to do the Research. In this FDP, there were 80 participants from different States of India participated and benefitted.
