Titan Eye+ has unveiled an eye screening program for children up to the age of 14 in Tamil Nadu, aiming to raise awareness about eye health and enhance learning outcomes. The initiative will cover over 500 students in Chennai, Madurai, and Coimbatore, as part of the larger All India Eye Screening campaign, which targets more than 11,000 schools across 300+ cities in India. This move responds to the growing myopia issue among children, exacerbated by increased screen time during the COVID-19 pandemic, by providing early diagnosis.
In addition to the eye screening program, Titan Eye Care Division has introduced the Titan Eye+ Dash Contest 2023 for kids under 14. Children can showcase their talents in various formats like drawing, singing, dancing, magic, and more. Exciting prizes worth Rs. 1,00,000/- are up for grabs, and the lucky winner will also have the opportunity to become the brand’s face. The contest started on September 24, 2023, and will run until October 15, 2023.
