Key retailers from Tamil Nadu to attend AMI’s ADVAIT 2.0

Tamil Nadu’s Key retailers are gearing up for the upcoming ADVAIT 2.0 trade fair, hosted by Apparel Manufacturers of India (AMI). Scheduled from August 16th to 19th at Chennai Trade Centre, the event will draw retailers from cities like Coimbatore, Madurai, Trichy, Nagercoil, and Salem, keen to explore fresh designs for the festive season. Over 250 brands from various cities, including Mumbai, will showcase their festive collections.

The inauguration will feature industry leaders like L Raveendran of S Nallaperumal & Sons, Nagercoil, Roshan Manawalan of Sarthas Trichy, and B.U ChandraShekhar of B S Chanabasappa Davangeree, Karnataka.

Speaking on the attendance from Tamil Nadu, Dharmesh Nandu, Founder of AMI, expressed excitement over the positive response, emphasizing the platform’s role in fostering connections and growth. He noted the industry’s changing landscape, driven by post-Covid shifts in market sentiments and consumer preferences, highlighting the event’s significance in showcasing resilience and innovation.

AMI’s mission is to unite manufacturers, retailers, agents, and suppliers, bolstering growth opportunities. With a successful history of 39 fairs, AMI has become a dominant trade fair in South India, attracting over 1200 industry professionals. The inaugural 2018 event drew 3500 visitors and generated sales orders exceeding 100 crores.
