On Tuesday, CREDAI announced the 12th edition of FAIRPRO 2022 to be held from July 29 to July 31 at Codissia Trade Fair Hall E. The Credai team Gugan Ilango, President, Credai Coimbatore, Madan Blund, Vice President, Credai Coimbatore, Rajiv Ramaswamy, Secretary, Credai Coimbatore, Abhishek, Secretary, Credai Tamil Nadu along with Inbarasu, SBI, Reginal manager took part in the event.
The Fairpro edition has resumed after 2 years since the pandemic that includes more than 75 properties, 30 assured developers and 5 banking partners, with State Bank of India (SBI) as their major banking sponsor for the first time.
Addressing the press, the Credai team mentioned that luxury apartments, villas, holiday homes, holiday plots, and retirement plots, including various home products and accessories will be displayed. Allocation of residential plots in the Fairpro for the first time and an estimate of 15,000 walk-ins are predicted with about 4000 assured registrations this year.
Gugan Ilango, President, Credai Coimbatore, said, “With the growing demand for the plots and projects, we are glad to introduce the Fairpro 2022, which includes about 75% of ongoing projects and 25 % new projects, that entails utmost modern technological adaptation pertaining to the customer needs. This 360-degree campaign provides a solution to everything related to real estate.”
He added that the plotting rates have increased up to 10 % and have accomplished taking up 7 plotting projects this year. Project displays from Chennai, Erode, Tiruppur, Salem, Trichy and Karur are to be included. In addition, the holiday home projects are mainly located in Ooty and a few at Anaikatti, Coimbatore.
Following this, Abhishek, Secretary, Credai Tamil Nadu reassured about the usage of graded raw materials as per the government norms and assured building durability for 30 to 40 years.
Inbarasu, SBI, Reginal manager said, “We are happy to collaborate with Credai for the 2022 Fairpro. We have exclusive concession assuring only 50% processing charges for the Credai customers, we also facilitate on-spot loan sanction during the Fairpro.” Also, he added stating that all the projects are Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA) & SBI approved, hence making it much easier for buyers to process.
While commenting on the Fairpro, Rajiv Ramaswamy, Secretary, Credai Coimbatore stated that they have introduced the Credai Premier League, the first of its kind, allowing the participants to scan the QR codes available in the ads and to avail the rewards for the same according to the terms and conditions of the application. As many as 8000 people have logged into this league.
