KMCH Pharmacy organized faculty development program

KMCH College of Pharmacy organized a five-day faculty development program on “Exploring new horizons in drug delivery-Tools and Techniques” recently.

The programme was organized for teachers and researchers of pharmacy, engineering, and bioscience area.

Dr. Ponpandian, Head, Department of Nanoscience and technology, Bharathiar University, Coimbatore, Inaugurated the Five Days FDP programme and highlighted that the faculties have to play an important role in developing the future generation of students. He conversed about the various fabricating techniques used in nanotechnology, recent advancements and applications of nanotechnology in various scientific technology during the session.

In the inaugural session, the presidential address was delivered by Dr. Rajasekaran, Principal, KMCH College of Pharmacy, who highlighted the importance of continuous learning and emphasized the significance of updating the knowledge and skills of faculty.

All the dignitaries on the stage released the newsletter of the institution during the inaugural ceremony.

Various sessions on different topics were handled by scientific experts from the pharmaceutical industry in their respective domains in this faculty development program.

Faculties and researchers from various institutions of Tamilnadu were participated in this knowledge gaining session.

The FDP program was concluded with a vote of thanks by Dr. Sureshkumar, Vice principal, KMCH college of Pharmacy on Saturday.
