Vivekananda Institute of Management Studies, A Stand-alone B-School, students Visited the EML Programme on ‘Experiential Learning in corporate workplaces’ on Friday.
Students were divided into four teams and visited Roots Cast Private Ltd., Zinnov – A Management Consulting firm, Sarmangal Synthetics Private Limited, and Dawn Engineering India Private Limited.
The major aim of this study is to fill the gap between Educational Learning and Practical Learning. This is another teaching pedagogy of VIMS which is provided to the students
As outcome of this study is Best practice with real-time industrial exposure, Practical Learning, Understanding the functioning of the firm, and Improve Interpersonal skills. Students were eagerly involved in visiting factories, clarifying their doubts, and gaining more knowledge on their specialized area.
