New Office Bearers appointed for Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) Coimbatore Zonal Council 2024 – 25
Radhakrishnan, Founder & Managing Director, Sieger Spintech Equipment Pvt Ltd, has been appointed as the new “Chairman” and Rajesh Doraiswamy, Joint Managing Director, Salzer Electronics Ltd, has been appointed as the new “Vice Chairman” of CII Coimbatore Zonal Council for the year 2024 – 25.
Radhakrishnan is the Founder and Managing Director of SIEGER Spintech Equipment Pvt Ltd, headquartered in Coimbatore. He founded the organization in 1993 after completing his Masters in Textile Technology from the well-renowned PSG Institute of Technology, Coimbatore. Under his leadership, SIEGER has transitioned into a global automation solution manufacturer in textiles, warehousing, and car parking.
Today, the organization employs a large team with a DSIR-certified R&D center and a highly advanced IoT-connected manufacturing facility. SIEGER today caters to the top textile companies in India and Globally. Radhakrishnan is also part of the executive council of the Textile Machinery Manufacturers Association.Outside work, Radhakrishnan is a fitness enthusiast and pursues his interest in South Indian history. He also works keenly to improve employee welfare by providing education, medical support, etc.
Rajesh Doraiswamy is a graduate of Electrical Engineering. A technocrat turned into an industrialist Rajesh Doraiswamy did his post-graduation in Business Management in USA and has taken over as Managing Director of erstwhile Salzer Controls Limited and was at the helm of the Management of Salzer Controls Limited for over a period of 5 years since 1997. On merger of Salzer Controls Limited with Salzer Electronics Limited, he has occupied the position of Joint Managing Director in Salzer Electronics Limited, virtually acting as CEO of the concern from 2002.
He is a young and energetic entrepreneur and is managing the Salzer group of companies consisting of the flagship Salzer Electronics Limited, a Hospital, a School, and various other manufacturing industries, under the guidance of R Doraiswamy, his father, being the Promoter of Salzer group of companies. Besides, Rajesh Doraiswamy, is a member of the Lion Club since 1987 and has been the President of Perianaickenpalayam Lions Club. He is also a trustee at Salzer Trust doing a lot of philanthropic activities in the service of the society. He is a member of Entrepreneurs Organization, a worldwide association of Entrepreneurs since 2011.
