The IEEE Student Branch of Dr. N.G.P. Institute of Technology orchestrated the national-level technical meet “TEKOZURA 2K23”. The inauguration by Dr. Thavamani D. Palaniswami, Secretary, and S. U. Prabha, Principal, marked the beginning of the event.
A total of 85 teams from various institutions across the country participated in the 24 hours Hackathon. The event featured both hardware and software categories, and prizes were distributed by Er. Jawahar, Chief Guest and Superintending Engineer, TANGEDCO Palladam.
Three hands-on workshops were conducted on Drone Technology, App Development, and React JS with 250 participants from various institutions across the country.
These workshops drew 250 participants from institutions across the country, enriching their knowledge and skills.
Various competitions such as Paper Presentation, Project Presentation, Codeathon, Photography, and Short Film were also conducted. An impressive 120 teams presented papers, 40 showcased projects, 40 participated in the codeathon, 15 exhibited photography, and 10 presented inventive short films.
Jaganathan, Professor, and Head, along with Kannapiran, Assistant Professor from the Electrical and Electronics Engineering Department, efficiently coordinated the proceedings.
