G20 Y20 Talk at Rathinam College

Rathinam College of Arts and Science, in collaboration with Spacebasic and Y20, the esteemed youth wing of G20 India, is proud to announce the upcoming conference, “G20 Y20 Talk: Future of Work, Innovation, and 21st Century Skills,” scheduled for August 10, 2023, at our college premises.

Aligned with the theme of the Indian Presidency for G20 in 2023, “One Earth, One Family, One Future,” the event aims to bridge the gap between G20 governments and local youth. The Y20 India Summit 2023 serves as a platform to showcase India’s youth-centric efforts and policy measures to a global audience.

As an official consulting forum for youth from G20 member countries, Y20 encourages dialogue, awareness of global issues, and consensus-building among future leaders. The Youth20 (Y20) Engagement Group, an official Engagement Group of the G20, is conducting discussions nationwide to draft an agenda for a better tomorrow.

The primary goal of this event is to foster thought leadership and insights that will significantly influence career decisions and enrich the lives of students and the broader university community. This Y20 event is dedicated to empowering the higher education sector for the evolving world of work.

Distinguished keynote speakers, including Balakrishnan.V, Commissioner of Police, and Shankar S Mantha, Former Chairman AICTE, among others, will share their expertise. The event will feature captivating keynote speeches, thought-provoking panel discussions, and inspiring addresses by aspiring speakers and panellists.

The conference will include two engaging panel discussions. The first session will focus on “Beyond Textbooks – 21st Century Skills,” with participation from respected academicians. The second panel discussion, “Student Launchpad,” will explore opportunities and insights for students’ future success.

With an expected participation of over 100 delegates from more than 70 colleges, this event promises to be a dynamic platform for innovative ideas and expert perspectives, preparing students for the evolving work landscape.
