Adithya School of Business Management (ASBM) organized the ‘A Corporate Socialisation’ event with the theme of ‘Corporate HR Hangouts and Socialization’. The event aimed to explore the value of interpersonal ties in corporate culture and how they develop during the socialization process. The event was granted by Er Sukumaran, Chairman, Praveen Kumar and Srinidhi Praveen Kumar, Managing Trustees. Sundarapandiyan Natarajan delivered an opening address and shared a conceptual framework of Corporate Socialization.
Students and faculty members participated in hands-on training activities, including HR role-plays and corporate lifestyle dramas. The Executive Business Club students brought out six activities, namely, HR Functions Role Play, Corporate Life Style Dramas, Self-development activities, HR concepts treasure hunts, etc.
The event also featured sessions where students shared their experiences of learning from HR experts and CEOs from various companies in India and abroad. The students had experiential learning meetings with 18 different companies’ HR experts across India, 12 CEOs and 7 International HR experts from different countries through in-person meetings and online platforms. Overall, the event provided a platform for students to enhance their understanding of corporate socialization and its significance in the business world.
