Be Swift and Technically competent in Biz!

Hemalatha shared her successful entrepreneurship journey, the various challenges encountered and the ways to handle challenging situations. She stressed the importance of perseverance, determination and guts, the key features to carve a niche in the field we choose.

She expressed that the most important attributes in business are swiftness and technical competency rather than size. The four major points for making the most of ourselves are giving paramount importance to health and inner well-being, spending quality time with the family, working until last minute and taking up social responsibility.
