KMCH College of Pharmacy, celebrated its 29th Annual sports meet SYNERGY 2023 on Friday at Paavai Arangam.
The event aimed to encourage and popularise traditional and indigenous sports, improve participants’ physical health and fitness, and advance their leadership and teamwork skills.
The programme began with the arrival of the Chief Guest Dr. Nalla G. Palaniswami, Chairman & Managing Director, KMCH, and Dr. Thavamani D. Palaniswami, Managing Trustee, Dr.N.G.P. Research and Educational Trust,
Dr Bhuvaneswaran, CEO and Dr. Natesan, COO, Dr.N.G.P. Research and Educational Trust were part of the celebration.
Dr. A. Rajasekaran, Principal, KMCH College of Pharmacy delivered a welcome address.
The Sports Day started with the march past and the Sports Day declaration by the Chief Guest. After this, the students of the four different houses competed against each other in sports events like relay races, 100-metre races, 200-metre races, long jump, and volleyball.
Winners were awarded with medals and certificates. Around 600 students participated in the event, co-organised by the college’s Sports committee and faculty members.
