Vivekananda Institute to Malaysia

Vivekananda Institute of Management Studies (VIMS), A Stand-alone B-School, organized an International Industrial Visit to Malaysia recently.

The Students visited Royal Selangor (A Manufacturing and Retail Organization). During this visit, they learned the managerial practices in product design and development, market positioning, promotion of craft products, leadership and organizational culture.

They visited Bank Negara Malaysia where they learned about Fintech Development, Inflation control measures, and the impact of currency differences and price determination from the economic gallery.

They also visited The Petronas Twin Tower, KL Tower, The National Mosque of Malaysia, Istana Negara (King’s Palace), the National Monument, Merdeka Square (Independence Square), and Beryl’s Chocolate Kingdom outlet.

As an outcome of this International Industrial trip, students benefitted by getting International exposure, an International Perspective of business and Best practices followed by foreign industries.
