Dr.N.G.P. Institute of Technology organized a prestigious four-day International Certification Program on “Leadership and Management” in partnership with Central University, Dubai. The program took place from March 14 to 17, 2024.
The program draws participation from sixteen motivated students representing various disciplines to foster global collaboration and academic enrichment, which serves as the Centre for International Relations building.
Under the visionary guidance of Dr.Thavamani D.Palaniswami, Secretary, and Dr. Prabha, Principal, the certification program was initiated. The steadfast coordination efforts of Dr.Franklin John and Dr.Indumathy, Coordinators, Centre for International Relations, the program aimed to equip students with the essential skills and knowledge essential for effective leadership and management in today’s globalized world.
Throughout the program, participants were engaged in a series of workshops, seminars, and interactive sessions conducted by esteemed faculty members from Central University, Dubai. The curriculum was meticulously crafted to address contemporary challenges and emerging trends in leadership and management, offering participants a holistic understanding of leadership theories, strategic management principles, and cross-cultural communication strategies.
In the closing ceremony, participants were awarded certificates of completion. The event served as a testament to the fruitful collaboration between Dr.N.G.P. Institute of Technology and Central University, Dubai, in fostering international academic cooperation and promoting student-centric learning experiences.
