TNAU conducts Training on the preparation of “Novel food Products”

Tamilnadu Agricultural University offers a Two-day training program on “Novel food Products” at the University, on 22.02.2024 and 23.02.2024 between 9.30 A.M to 5.00 P.M.

Training will be given on the Dehydration of vegetables, fruits, and herbs; Squash – Bael,  Ready to serve – Hibiscus, Sambar Powder – Moringa leaves, Rasam powder – Thuthuvalai, Flax seed Idly powder, Soup mix – Greens, Pickle – Banana pseudo stem, Jam – Fig & dates,  Kheer Mix – Vegetables.

Interested persons are requested to pay a training fee of Rs.1,770.00 (1500/+ GST 18%) – (Rupees One Thousand Seven Hundred and Seventy only) in person on the first day of training.

The training will be held at the Centre for Post-Harvest Technology, Agricultural Engineering College & Research Institute, Tamil Nadu Agricultural University, Coimbatore.
