Department of Commerce with Professional Accounting and Management Studies, Dr. N. G. P. Arts and Science College organized a National Conference on National Education Policy 2020: Challenges and Opportunities for Higher Education Institutions in India sponsored by ICSSR, New Delhi in the college premises. The event featured keynote speakers, panel discussions, and research presentations fostering a vibrant exchange of ideas and knowledge.
Distinguished speakers included Dr. V. Raghavendran Venugopal, Professor and Controller of examinations, Adani University, Ahmedabad, Gujarat; Dr. P. Natarajan, Professor and Head Department of Commerce, Pondicherry University, Pondicherry and Dr. Kamalaveni, Associate Professor, Centre for Women’s Studies, Pondicherry University, Pondicherry. Around 500 participants from more than 50 institutions all over India participated in the conference, around 40 papers had been presented through hybrid mode, with 150 papers published in the conference proceedings with ISBN numbers.
