The Rotaract Club of Coimbatore Texcity, in collaboration with Sri Ramakrishna College of Arts & Science’s Department of BCom Accounting & Finance, recently hosted a “REANIMATE” Suicide Prevention Program at SNR. The event aimed to raise awareness about suicide causes and prevention among students. Santhosh Kumar, a Psychologist, Fitness & Health Coach, and Assistant Professor at Sri Krishna Arts & Science College, conducted the program, with over 120 students in attendance.
Rtr. Maikchelraj, President of the Rotaract Club of Coimbatore Texcity, delivered closing remarks, emphasizing the importance of suicide prevention. The event was led by Rtr. Hema Sri Bhuvana, Project Chair, and Rtr. Maikchelraj, Professional Service Director. Agila, Head of the Department of BCom Accounting & Finance, provided vital support.
The program left a positive impact on students, staff, and Rotaractors, imparting knowledge on stress relief, suicide awareness, hope, and inspiration.
