Samsung India announced the Top 10 teams of the ‘Solve for Tomorrow’ national education and innovation competition, celebrating innovation and social responsibility among Gen Z in India. The teams proposed solutions for real-world problems, ranging from water purification and crop health to waste management and inclusivity for individuals with hearing and visual impairments. The teams were selected from various cities, including Maharajganj, Lakhimpur, Golaghat, Darjeeling, Surat, Ahmedabad, Ernakulam, Chennai, and Delhi. In collaboration with the Ministry of Electronics & Information Technology’s Startup Hub and IIT Delhi’s Foundation for Innovation & Technology Transfer, Samsung mentored the teams during a bootcamp, providing INR 20,000 for prototype development. Each team presented their ideas to a jury of young Samsung employees and received Samsung Galaxy Book3 Pro 360 laptops, Galaxy Buds2 Pro, and certificates. Samsung praised the teams’ dedication to solving India’s challenges and looks forward to further supporting their solutions.
