Vivekananda Institute of Management Studies (VIMS), Coimbatore, signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Talent Quest for India (TQI) on Saturday.
Valarmathi Director – VIMS delivered the felicitation address. She said that VIMS creates socially committed Business Administrators in fluffing its vision by joining hands with such social service organizations. Guna Sekaran, CEO, VIMS delivered a Presidential address. He stated that apart from strengthening Intelligent Quotient and Emotional Quotient, the students shall focus on Social Quotient also effectively.
On this Occasion, Ramasubramaniam, Founder & Chief Listening Officer, of Talent Quest India delivered Chief Guest Address. He said that MBA students shall join with such voluntary organizations in strengthening their strategies, process and bringing innovative ideas. Sudharsan, Program Manager, TQI was the Guest of honor.
This MoU was signed with the objectives of involving the students in extension activities such as skill training to the school children, creating social awareness on government schemes, etc., and thereby they become socially responsible citizens.
