Two days training on “Value Addition of Mushroom and Moringa” will be held at Centre for Post Harvest Technology, Agricultural Engineering College and Research Institute, Tamil Nadu Agricultural University, Coimbatore on 11.04.2023 and 12.04.2023 between 9.00 A.M and 5.00 P.M. The fee includes Rs.1,770/- (1500/+ GST 18%) should be paid on the first day of training. Training will be given on making Moringa leaf powder, Moringa powder, Powder incorporated Paruppu podi, Sambar podi, Cookies, Adai, Noodles and Moringa Pickle and Mushroom powder, Powder based soup mix, Noodles, Cookies and Mushroom pickle.
