Bar Tending programme held at CMS

The Department of Hotel Management and Catering Science of the CMS College of Science and Commerce had recently organized a Bar Tending programme. Satish, a Professional bar tender and resource person with his team members demonstrated the preparation to the students.

The team has demonstrated 30 International, innovative and nouvelle cocktails and Mock tails. They have also conducted a session on bar flaring and juggling.

Some of the cocktails presented were Margarita, Litchi sky, Collins, Screw driver, Tequila sunrise, Cuba Libre, Blue lagoon, Mojito, Pina coloda, Bloody red, Mulled wine, Shandy, Mint Julep, GNT and Orange blossom. Some of the mocktails demonstrated were Virgin pina coloda, blue moon, fancy, virgin mojito Etc, a release says.
