Regina Cassandra, a charming actress from the South made her Bollywood debut with ‘Ek Ladki Ko Dekha Toh Aisa Laga’ playing next to Bollywood icon Sonam Kapoor. Regina who has cemented herself as bubbly actress plays the role of a girl named Kuhu who is in lesbian relationship with Sonam in the film. Initially the role that Regina plays was kept a secret but when the movie’s trailer got released, many criticized her. The movie got released recently and Regina’s role which was a small one won fabulous reviews from movie critics and audience alike.
Regina’s portrayal of the role, though brief left an impact and celebs, critics and fans have praised her for boldly taking the role which many consider a taboo. Although the movie is not performing well in the box-office, the performances have been stellar.
