Rotary Club of Coimbatore (RCC) conducted an awareness walk to insist on the importance of casting 100% votes, recently.
District Director Rtn MD Gokulraj initiated the meaningful awareness walk, after the discussion with the Rotary Leaders of the 50 clubs at Coimbatore and organized the awareness walk without any political party involvement.
The Procession started at Hosur Road. District Collector Kranthi Kumar Pati IAS & Rotary District Governor Rtn TR Vijayakumar flagged off and ignited the program.
A simple polite walk without any noise, only with banners and pluck cards that attracted the morning walkers at Racecourse. A total of 400 Rotarians including Assistant Governors, Governor’s Group Representatives, Presidents, Secretaries, Rotarians, and 70 Rotaractors also participated in this meaningful brisk walk.
