Prof. Ajay Kumar Singh Guides B-School Faculties on Mind Management Journey at AIMS Virtual Session
On November 22, 2023, the Association of Indian Management Schools (AIMS) hosted a virtual Knowledge Sharing Session on “Mind Management.” Professor Ajay Kumar Singh, Head and Dean of the Department of Commerce at the University of Delhi, and formerly Vice Chancellor at Sri Sri University, served as the distinguished speaker. The event, attended by faculties of B-Schools, delved into the importance of heightened self-awareness and accepting reality for effective mind management.
Moderated by Bommadevara Ramesh, HOD at Synergy Business School Shameerpet, Hyderabad, the session highlighted Prof. Singh’s insights on rebooting the mind for a fresh perspective. He emphasized that Happiness comes from acknowledging reality, aspiring for change, and evaluating outcomes cyclically. Prof. Singh advocated progressing from negative to positive consciousness for a journey from success to fulfilment, endorsing holistic development through Ashtanga Yoga.
