Dr. N.G.P. Arts and Science College’s Department of Biotechnology, organized an exhibition titled “Magical Millets and Ancient Grains” on September 16, 2023. This event aligned with the International Year of Millets and the G20 Summit endorsed by the Government of India. The exhibition featured 55 participants who passionately highlighted the health benefits of millets and ancient grains in our daily diets through recipes and informative chart presentations. The program was chaired by Kalimuthu, Dean of Research & Development, and Suganthi, Deputy Controller of Examination. Medal awards were presented in the presence of Chidambara Rajan, Head of the Department of Biotechnology, faculty, and students.
