The Rotary Club of Coimbatore Ikon, in collaboration with Master Social Work students from Bharathiar University, organized an event aimed at raising public awareness about crucial issues like water conservation, electricity conservation, the prevention of food wastage, and promoting green initiatives. This noteworthy event took place on September 14, 2023, at Bharathiar University.
During the event, a significant milestone was reached with the distribution of 25,000 informative stickers to benefit five schools and one college in the local community. These stickers serve as a visual reminder to encourage responsible and eco-friendly behaviours among students and the community at large.
