Coimbatore District School Education Department and Rathinam Arts and Science College (RCAS) organized the Academic Excellence Award 2023. Headmasters and Principals of Government Schools, Municipal Corporation Schools, Matriculation and Government Aided Schools of Coimbatore district for achieving 100% results in their Board Exams. The event was attended by more than 300 government school principals, and the chief guests included Sumathi, Coimbatore District Chief Education Officer, and Maria Selvam, Corporation Chief Education Officer. Madan A. Senthil, Rathinam Group Chairman, presided over the event while Manickam, Chief Executive Officer and Balasubramanian, Principal of RCAS graced the event with their presence.
The Corporation Chief Education Officer praised the school headmasters for their outstanding efforts in guiding students amidst the challenges of modern times. The Academic Excellence Award has been an annual tradition to encourage and appreciate schools that achieve 100% pass rates. The collaboration with Rathinam College of Arts and Science added significance to the event, motivating all school headmasters to continue their exceptional work.
