German Startup Harts Showcases Innai at World MSME Day Event

Harts, a German startup, organized a special event on June 27th, World MSME Day, to present their flagship product, Innai. The event brought together approximately 100 leading suppliers from various industries, along with prestigious institutions such as ICCI, CII, IIF, SIEMA, and CODISSIA.

Distinguished speakers including Sriramulu, President of ICCI Coimbatore; Senthil Ganesh, Chairman of CII Coimbatore; Sathyamurthy, Chairman of IIF Coimbatore Chapter; Vignesh, President of SIEMA; and Rangasamy, Vice President of CODISSIA, presided over the event.

Harts was founded with the aim of bridging the gap between European manufacturing demands and India’s supplier capabilities, with a specific focus on NRW, the industrial region in Germany, and Coimbatore, known as the Manchester city of India, as the founders have roots in these regions. Innai, their innovative digital platform, serves as a conduit for European suppliers to connect with Indian markets by offering cutting-edge solutions such as digital twins, supplier health index, and risk radar.

“To me, it is surprising that despite the abundance of world-class capabilities in Coimbatore, we are yet to be considered preferred partners for Europe to meet its growing demands,” says Sreema Nallasivam, one of the co-founders.

“Disruptive events such as the COVID-19 pandemic and geopolitical tensions have prompted Europe to seek solutions that enhance the resiliency of their supply chains and diversify their suppliers,” says Cristian Margaretic, the CEO of Harts. “Having spoken to buyers from Europe, it is evident that this is the perfect time for a product like Innai to enter the market.”

“What sets us apart from other players in the market is our commitment to creating value on three levels – trade, culture, and community. While other products focus on features like order management, we go beyond that to provide features that help suppliers and buyers build communities and foster cultural connections,” says Sakthisree Venkatesan, one of the co-founders of Harts.

With over 20 years of experience in the European manufacturing sector, Harts COO Ramalingan Nallasivam expressed a strong commitment to closing existing gaps through the implementation of Innai.

Team Innai expressed their heartfelt gratitude to the Coimbatore manufacturing community and its leaders for their warm welcome, enthusiastic support for digitization, and their instrumental role in making the event a remarkable success.
