TNAU conducts Training on Novel Bakery Products

A two-day training programme on “Novel Bakery Products” will be held in the Tamil Nadu Agricultural University, Coimbatore on 20.06.2023 and 21.06.2023.

Novel Bakery products are gaining popularity due to its convenience, variety, availability and unique taste. The growth of the bakery industry will help to create avenues for self employment. With an aim to develop skills to entrepreneurs this training has been organized. The training on Variety of breads, Cake and Biscuit varieties and Puffs, Cutlet and Samosa will take place.

Interested persons are requested to pay a training fee of Rs.1770.00 (1500/+ GST 18%)(Rupees One Thousand Seven Hundred and Seventy only) in person on the first day of training.
