Adithya School of Business Management (ASBM) Coimbatore organized a “Day in the Life of the HR”, an experiential learning day with Kailas Menon, HR Manager, Wipro Ltd, Cochin. The students have undertaken the project to experience the HR lifestyle, a day work plan, and HR as being a strategic partner, the daily roles and responsibilities were explored and discussed during the session.
Kailas Menon insisted students to get into serious business thoughts and actions if they want to stand out differently in the industry, especially, dynamic industries like Information Technology sector. Sundarapandiyan Natarajan, Professor and Director registered his gratitude and appreciated Kailas for the valuable day sharing and great gesture supporting the students and institution.
