The Departments of Mathematics and Social Work of Bishop Appasamy College of Arts & Science observed World Health Day on Thursday by administering an awareness pledge and conducting health screening tests.
Earlier, Jemima Winston, Principal of the college administered the awareness oath on the theme ‘Our Planet Our Health’. The Faculty and students of the college took the pledge.
The college also held a Blood Donation Camp and arranged for a BP and Sugar Test to all the interested faculty. Capt. T. Rachel Priskilla, Head of Mathematics Dept. of the college made all the arrangements for this event.
