Be a person who respects Women! – Pradeep Kumar IPS at Sri Krishna CAS

Coimbatore’s Police Commissioner Pradip Kumar IPS appealed to the student-community to be citizens who respect and protect women and children, and also be the ones that follow rules, especially while they are on road.

He said this at the 15-th Youth Parliament programme organized by the Commerce Stream of Sri Krishna Arts and Science College

He placed his faith on the current generation of the student community and expressed that our country is going to benefit much from the present students. “Whatever you do, think of the nation’s needs and also focus the development of leadership on the same”, a press release quoted the Commissioner.

He encouraged the students to participate in co-curricular and extracurricular activities, as those kind of programs will shed away their fears and nervousness. He wanted them to be good listeners, and keep their ears open when others express their ideas. He also wanted them to have a vision that includes the welfare of the individual, family and society.

S.Malarvizhi, Chairperson and Managing Trustee, Sri Krishna Institutions presided over the program. Earlier K.Sundararaman, CEO, Sri Krishna Institutions welcomed the gathering. At the end of the event, P.Baby Shakila, Principal of the college proposed vote of thanks.
