Keeping in mind that children’s health and safety are equally important as their future, the State and Central Government decided to promote students of Class X, XI and XII.
Although this has provided good relief to students and parents, it has also made the latter to carefully weigh the importance of ‘quality education’ for building their children’s future dreams without hassle.
XI grade is obviously a defining moment in a student’s formal education period. One of Coimbatore’s leading educational institutions National Model Schools have opened registrations for XI std. at its Matriculation and CBSE schools like other institutions in the city but there is something unique with that here.
Admissions at National Model Schools:

While these schools find their seats for +1 filled in a jiffy, they certainly differ in the way they admit their students.
Generally, National Model Schools conduct entrance examinations for CBSE students when they seek admission for XI std., and for students from the State Board syllabus system, admissions are based on the marks they have secured.
But since they are being promoted without attending the annual exams, the schools hold online interviews to have a fundamental understanding of the children’s caliber and commitment. It will be an interaction cum testing.
