Prime Minister Narendra Modi is scheduled to visit Kutch district in Gujarat on Tuesday, and it is reported that he will meet farming folks during his visit.
This meeting is set to take place when the nation is seeing one of the largest protest by the members of farming community. The Prime Minister will lay the foundation stones for many upcoming projects ( that includes world’s largest hybrid renewable energy park, a desalination plant and a milk chilling plant) in the Dhordo district.
Prior to that he will visit farmers in Kutch district and is reported to hold discussions with them. A group of Sikh farmers, settled in areas near the Indo-Pak border, has been invited for an interaction with the PM, said a release by the state government’s Information Department.
