It is a good thing that people are getting to know about the major symptoms of heart attack but there are many symptoms that are taken very lightly. Normally we think that heart attack will come as chest pain at the center of the chest and spread to the left hand.
For some people, it may appear as physical tiredness, gas trouble, frequent belching, food indigestion, excessive sweating without any reason, burning sensation on Jaw and throat region while walking chest pain radiating to right arm and sudden onset breathing difficulties. These symptoms mostly occur in diabetic patients. These patients have the risk of encountering heart attack suddenly.
