Rotary Clubs of Coimbatore have done remarkable services during this pandemic crisis; and yet again on Monday, they donated 23,500 N95 masks and 4000 PPE Kits to the District Administration.
Rotary District 3201’s Past District Director Rtn. Murugan and the present District Director Rtn. R.S.Maruti met Collector K. Rajamani at the Collectorate and handed over the donated materials.
Rtn. Murugan said that previously, with the support of Rotary Foundation, the Rotary Clubs in Coimbatore donated 10 Lakh face masks to 105 Government run hospitals in the Coimbatore District. The donations made today is a continuation of that.
Rtn. R.S.Maruti said 250 Beds and Pillows have been provided at the Covid care centres in CODISSIA. He also conveyed that District Collector has requested Rotary to provide whatever further assistance they could and he (Rtn. Maruti) assured that Rotary will stand for the support of the public.
