UAE- Offering Exotic Cuisines

United Arab Emirates is the  ultimate cosmopolitan country offering  superb attractions for tourists across the world. Through its smart administration, the country has build a reputation for being the fastest developing country.  Apart from great sight seeing spots, one can also enjoy tasty traditional food of UAE across the country. Be it  Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Ajman or Ras Al Khaimah, it is simply hard to resist the traditional food of the country.

Food in UAE has a rich and unique taste. Arabs are used to consume sheep and goats to obtain meat. Whereas on special occasions like Eid and wedding functions people also use camels to make traditional UAE dishes.

First comes on list is stuffed camel.  It is one of the most amazing dishes of UAE and is mentioned in the Guiness Book of World Records as one of the biggest dishes served in this world. Usually elite families serve this dish in wedding ceremonies. Major ingredients of this dish encompass whole camel, one lamb, 20 chickens, boiled eggs, fish and rice.

Next on the list is Al Harees, a famous dish with exotic taste. It has made up of meat and wheat. It is very simple and elegant dish with very few ingredients but with longer cooking duration.

Al Machboos is another popular dish and comprises of  rice, meat, onion and dried lemon apart from salt and spices.
