SCSC organized a rally on National Safety Day

The Department of Commerce PA, and IT of Sankara College of Science and Commerce Organized a  rally to commemorate National Safety Day recently.

It aimed at spreading awareness about safety measures and precautions in the community. The rally commenced from the E3 Police Station in Saravanampatti, graced by the presence of Traffic Sub Inspector Kanagaraj, Sub Inspector of Police Kumar, and  Bernard Edward, Vice Principal of Sankara College of Science and Commerce, accompanied by 40 students holding informative charts.

The rally followed a meticulously planned route, strategically covering key areas within the community where safety awareness was deemed crucial. Led by Traffic Sub Inspector  Kanagaraj and Sub Inspector of Police Kumar, the procession of participants marched carrying eye-catching charts adorned with safety messages and slogans.

The active involvement of students added vibrancy and energy to the event, attracting the attention of bystanders and facilitating meaningful engagements. Throughout the rally, participants fervently emphasized core safety messages, including the importance of obeying traffic rules, wearing seat belts, maintaining safe working environments, practicing fire safety measures, cyber security, etc.

The rally generated a palpable impact within the community, fostering greater awareness and understanding of safety-related issues among residents. The active participation of students, coupled with the authoritative presence of law officials and educational leaders, instilled a sense of urgency and responsibility toward safety.
