Rotary Club of Coimbatore Greencity and World People Welfare Trust joined hands to support 50 financially downtrodden Government School students with food kits during this corona crisis period.
The students belonged to CCMA Government Girls Higher Secondary School in Raja Street, Coimbatore. Rtn. V.Kalyanaraman, Secretary, Rtn. V.S.Suresh Kumar, Past President and Rtn.K.Gandhiraj, Past Secretary of Rotary Club of Coimbatore Green City and members of World People Welfare Trust donated 5 kgs Rice, Dal, Cooking Oil, Rava and other grocery items.
This act of kindness was appreciated by the School’s Headmistress Maniarasi and teachers. The donors conveyed the importance of social distancing and hygiene to the students and advised them to keep their mind on studies.
